Resting in Darkness, Welcoming Light- A Winter Solstice Restorative Workshop + Live Sound
Lana Vilches and Laura Yee bring us this very special evening.
Join us for an experience of breathwork, intention setting, restorative yoga and yoga nidira meditation, to celebrate the winter solstice. The practice will hold space to support each attendee through the greatest darkness of the year and to remember the coming light.
This restorative experience will include 90 minutes of slow moving stretches and breathing techniques paired with deeply restful restorative poses.
The healing sounds of various instruments played by Laura (e.g. crystal bowls, chimes, drum, rattle, Atlantean wand and more!) will fill the room during this experience . We will finish this session with a cozy, 30-minute crystal bowl sound bath leaving you feeling connected, grounded, relaxed and restored.

Join us for a deeply relaxing and replenishing evening of restorative yoga paired with a live sound journey designed to help you release tension, reset the nervous system and experience deep rest.
